Great on nipples, but can be used to clamp any area of the body with a consistent and even pressure.
Originally made for those with more sensitive areas where traditional nipple clamps exert too much pressure in a concentrated spot. These instead distribute the pressure ensuring it does not become unbearable too quickly, increase sensitivity, and remain firmly attached when pulled.
If you find the screws a little on the tight side, just screw and unscrew them fully and they will self-adjust to be a little looser.
